TIME AND TIMELESSNESS

"Time sign was the initial work that set me on track for land- art- site - specific durational performances, that are investigating our state of being in meditative ways this 5 hours prformance that unrolled marrking white linen panels within a radius of 400 meters, could only be recognized in full from a great distance from above and in a temporal superimposition of 5 hours. I did that in the age of nineteen iat the foot of the Salzburg Fortress in which the School of Vision is located. Nan Hoover, who became my main inspiration and mentor at the time, watched and took pictures with great concentration for the whole 5 hours."
